COMPREHENSIVE CARE
Eastern Idaho Medical Consultants are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care for you and your loved ones. Our patients are directly under our care whether that requires an acute visit in the outpatient clinic or a longterm hospital stay. We also coordinate and manage transitional rehabilitation or hospice care. Because we go wherever you go, you can feel comfortable knowing your treating physician knows you on a personal basis.
OUTPATIENT CLINIC
Our clinic offers same day acute care, wellness/preventive exams, consultations, pre-operative evaluations, office based procedures, and chronic disease management with convenient on-site blood draws, urine analysis, and Protime/INR testing.
HOSPITAL
Each of us carry privileges at EIRMC, Idaho Falls Community Hospital, and Mountain View Hospital. We work with every specialist at the hospital and make sure your discharge from the hospital or surgery service is safe.
REHABILITATION
We are the primary providers for Promotory Point, a rehabilitation center in Idaho Falls, where we oversee physical therapy and supportive care to help you transition from the hospital setting to independent living at home.
HOSPICE
We work hand-in-hand with Hospice of Eastern Idaho, the only non-profit hospice service in Eastern Idaho. Together we aim to provide the medical and emotional support necessary to care for you and your loved ones during difficult times.
